If you're really strapped for time on a busy school night, here is an easy dinner you can prepare in minutes, combining a frozen pizza from the freezer and any variety of vegetables you have on hand. By using frozen veggies, you save time on washing, slicing, chopping, etc.!
- 1 frozen cheese pizza
- 2-3 cups vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
- shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Preheat oven. Top frozen pizza with variety of fresh or frozen vegetables. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired. Bake according to package directions.
