Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 Kellogg’s Eggo Waffles, toasted
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Recipe Directions

  • In large, deep skillet melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. When mixture begins to bubble, place bananas and pecans in pan. Cook until bananas are heated, 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Place one waffle on a serving plate. Top with ice cream, sauce and remaining waffle. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
