- One 8-ounce container Cool Whip
- Two 6-ounce containers lemon yogurt
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup Nilla Wafers, crushed
- In a large mixing bowl combine the Cool Whip, lemon yogurt, lemon juice and zest and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
- To serve, sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
