Recipe Ingredients

  • One 8-ounce container Cool Whip
  • Two 6-ounce containers lemon yogurt
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup Nilla Wafers, crushed

Recipe Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the Cool Whip, lemon yogurt, lemon juice and zest and salt. Whisk to combine.
  2. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
  3. To serve, sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
