Snack Food Month is coming to a close (tear). But, before we let that happen we wanted to share our newest recipes created by some of our Cool Food Panelists. From pizza to a smoothie and bruschetta to quesadillas, these recipes are totally unique, contain wholesome ingredients and make for some beautiful Instagram photos! With 75% of people snacking between meals, these recipes make for the perfect snack anytime of the day!

“We’re trying to eat healthy, new things too. One of the things I’ve been wanting to try is salad topped pizza. It’s a fun way to combine two things you would usually eat together anyway. My family has been eating the classic taco salad topped pizza for years, so I knew this would be something that we all loved.”

It’s perfectly salty and cheesy with a crunch! We like making this snack to enjoy together as a couple after the kiddos go to bed. Put on a favorite show and enjoy some adult time, talking about our kids. 😉 With just a few ingredients and minutes…you have something that’s almost too pretty to eat. almost. 😉 I know the usual go-to is popcorn…that’s our regular too! But, if you are looking for something a little more fun and yummy, try this out! Having some friends over for a game night? This is the perfect snack to put out for everyone to enjoy!

“Frozen fruit is my solution for making smoothies rock! It gives texture and a better concentration of flavors, without watering it down with ice. I keep frozen fruit on hand like these Cascadian Farm Organic mango and peaches that are diced and ready to go into a smoothie. I don’t like to add sugar to smoothies, so I sweeten this one up naturally with Florida’s Natural Orange Juice, extra pulp please! I also like the tang and balance (and vitamin C) that OJ gives to smoothies.”

“When it comes to whipping up my after work snack, I say “the easier, the better.” If it can be quick and delicious too, well that’s just an added bonus. This is when I scramble around my pantry, refrigerator, and freezer for the best ingredients to make my snack. Whenever I want a snack, I want a quesadilla. That’s the bottom line. They are so simple to make, and can be as simple as stuffing them with Sargento shredded cheese or getting creative by stuffing them with Green Giant chopped spinach, SeaPak popcorn shrimp, and avocado. These quesadillas literally have layers and layers of awesomeness.”
