A twist on this staple Thanksgiving dessert!
- 1 frozen Pumpkin Pie
- 1 1/2 cups store-bought Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Bake pie according to package directions. Warm caramel sauce in a saucepan; add pecans and cranberries; serve atop pumpkin pie slices. (toast pecans by spreading them evenly on baking sheet and toasting in oven for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and let cool before coarsely chopping)
