Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Recipe Directions

In a small bowl, whip butter together with ingredients. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of waxed paper, wrap it up, and pop it in the fridge for at least two hours.  Unwrap it, cut into slices, and top hot, grilled steak.
