Tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tossed together with basil for a fresh caprese salad!
- 4 – 5 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
- 2 (8 oz.) fresh mozzarella balls, rolled into smaller 1/4 – 1/2" balls
- 1/4 cup extra virgin
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Toss together the tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Tear the basil into large pieces and toss into the salad. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
