  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • Splash Soy Sauce
  • 15 Grinds Black Pepper
  • 3 Pinches Sea Salt

Recipe Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in mason jar with tight-fitting lid.
  • Shake to emulsify.
  • Store in refrigerator for approximately a week.
