There's no need to order out with this easy chicken and vegetable stir-fry recipe, starring delicious frozen foods!
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed and cut into strips
- 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 cup prepared stir-fry sauce
- 4 cups cooked white rice
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink. Add vegetables and stir-fry sauce, mix well and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice.
