Use Texas toast for your next grilled cheese, a tasty touch to spruce up a classic sandwich!
- 8 slices frozen 5 cheese Texas toast
- 8 slices of favorite cheese
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- ketchup (optional)
Spread mayonnaise on each piece of toast (optional). Place both slices of cheese between the two slices of toast (on the mayonnaise side). Melt butter in the skillet on medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet with the butter. Use a spatula to turn sandwich from side to side until cheese is melted. Remove from heat when the cheese is melted and the outside is crispy and browned to your taste. Serve with ketchup (optional).
